Meeting Spaces

Please book the meeting space in person at the library or request it by filling out the form below. Check out the Meeting Space Usage Policy before applying.

* Bookings are not finalized until the CEO has reviewed and confirmed them.

Current Operational Hours

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Fee Schedule

  • Group A: For-Profit, Personal/ Private Function, Business or Government Organization
  • Group B: Not For Profit

Each additional hour $10 Free

Methods of payment are by cash or cheque.
